Until the industrial revolution people were building by using local materials and construction techniques. These were transmitted from generation to generation and have been refined in order to better respond to the needs and problems of the context.

These systems, together with some examples of circular economy, are a source of inspiration for us:

• Travelling to remote destinations, where globalization has not taken place yet, we try to learn as much as possible in order to adjust and re-propose these systems;

​​

• By participating in the construction process we are developing skills that are useful for developing more efficient and functional details and methods;

​

• Studying permaculture's principles we are able to consider projects on a larger scale, integrating topic such as self-sufficiency into the design.
